WebTech Group has assisted the owners of 3 Zapp Bar to obtain their lease, permits, etc, to open 3 Zapp Bar in O’Fallon, IL.
ST. LOUIS, MO (StLouisWeb.Design) WebTech Group has assisted the owners of Zapp Noodle Thai Restaurant in O’Fallon, IL, and Zapp Thai in Edwardsville, IL, with launching 3 Zapp Bar, which will be located next door to Zapp Noodle Thai Restaurant in O’Fallon, IL.
It will be a full-service bar, with American-style bar food and appetizers that are available for dine-in, carryout, or delivery using a third-party delivery company such as DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats.
The current status of this project is that they will be opening soon, serving food, while waiting to get the liquor license approved by the City of O’Fallon and the State of Illinois. The city application is pending, while the state license can’t be submitted until after the city approves it.
Currently, the focus is on cleaning and refreshing the place to open and begin serving its customers.
It is located at 1407 W. Hwy 50, Unit 106 in O’Fallon, IL, next door to Zapp Noodle Thai Restaurant, which occupies Unit 107. There are separate entrances, but there will be an indoor passage between the two businesses.
WebTech Group has assisted the owners with negotiating and securing the lease, obtaining inspections and permits, and applying for the liquor license with the city. If and after the city approves the permit, then the application will be filed with the state of Illinois.
