STL.News, LLC recently entered into a relationship with SignaPay to provide merchant services to our customers. Additionally, St. Louis Media, LLC, another affiliated company, has been an approved partner with Authorize.net for several years. However, the relationship will soon be transferred from St. Louis Media, LLC to WebTech Group.
Therefore, merchant services referred to WebTech customers will create additional revenue to WebTech or one of its affiliated companies. This is a transparent relationship and is done as much to simply the process for online transactions we create on behalf of our customers. The added revenue helps but is not a significant portion of our income.
